SERVICE DETAILS, RULES AND GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES FOR YOUR SAFETY

 IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

 

 

  • MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE IN A GROUP. GROUPS OF 2 HOUSE HOLDS ARE PERMITTED, SUPPORT BUBBLE COUNTS AS 1 GROUP.

  • FACE MASKS/COVERINGS ARE TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES UNLESS SEATED, THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN.

  • PLEASE KEEP TO A ONE-METER DISTANCE INSIDE THE BUILDING AND A TWO-METER DISTANCE OUTSIDE. STAND ON WARNING TAPE MARKINGS UNTIL NEXT SPOT BECOMES FREE.

  • ONE-WAY SYSTEM IN PLACE TO ENTER AND EXIT THE BUILDING.

  • WE WILL REQUIRE CONTACT DETAILS FROM ONE PERSON IN EACH FAMILY GROUP/HOUSEHOLD/SUPPORT BUBBLE. THESE ARE KEPT FOR 3 WEEKS FROM DATE OF LATEST VISIT.

  • PLEASE USE HAND SANITISERS PROVIDED, UPON ENTERING AND LEAVING THE BUILDING, ALSO UPON ENTERING AND LEAVING THE TOILETS.

  • TOILETS – OUR SYSTEM IS A ONE IN, ONE OUT BASIS, WETHER MALE OR FEMALE. PLEASE TURN THE SIGN OUTSIDE TO INDICATE WETHER THE TOILETS ARE ENGAGED OR VACANT.  NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10 ARE TO USE THE TOILETS WITHOUT ONE ADULT FAMILY MEMBER SUPERVISION. ONE ADULT AND ONE CHILD IS CLASSED AS ONE.

  • CLEANING OF CLOAKROOM FACILITIES WILL BE INCREASED IN FREQUENCY IN LINE WITH USAGE, CLEANING SCHEDULE IN PLACE.

  • CUSTOMERS WHO ARE ACCOMPANIED BY CHILDREN ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING THEM AT ALL TIMES AND SHOULD FOLLOW SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES. THERE WILL BE A SPECIFIC INDOOR AREA DEDICATED FOR YOUNGER DINERS. CHILDREN SHOULD REMAIN SEATED AT ALL TIMES (INSIDE AND OUTSIDE) UNLESS USING THE CLOAKROOM FACILITIES. 

  • CUSTOMERS CANNOT SEEK SHELTER FROM THE RAIN INDOORS, UNLESS SOCIAL DISTANCING CAN BE MAINTAINED.

  • ALL OUTSIDE ORDERS ARE ON A PAY AS YOU ORDER SYSTEM, WETHER FOOD OR DRINK IS ORDERED.

  • TABLE SERVICE ONLY FOR ALL DINERS, PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH THE BAR AREA. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL A MEMBER OF STAFF IS AVAILABLE TO ASSIST YOU, AT YOUR TABLE.

  • STAFF WILL WEAR THE APPROPRIATE PPE WHEN SERVING.

  • MENUS – WILL BE DISPLAYED ON CHALK BOARDS PLEASE TAKE A PICTURE AND RETURN TO YOUR TABLE. 

  • ALL OUR STAFF ARE TEMPERATURE CHECKED DAILY FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL CUSTOMERS AND STAFF.

  • TAKEAWAY CUSTOMERS ARE ASKED NOT TO LEAN, TOUCH COUNTERS OR ANY SERVICES WHILST COLLECTING FOOD.

  • PLEASE USE ONE OF THE RED LIDDED BINS PROVIDED OUTSIDE FOR ANY TAKEAWAY PACKAGING / NAPKINS / SAUCE PACKETS / STRAWS / PLASTIC GLASSES ETC.

  • ALL TABLES WILL BE CLEANED/SANITISED BETWEEN EACH TABLE BOOKING.

  • ALL DIRTY PLATES AND GLASSES WILL BE REMOVED BY STAFF, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR OWN INTO THE BUILDING.

  • MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY INSIDE 42 OUTSIDE 72

  • PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBOURS WHEN LEAVING THE PREMISES.

 

 

 

FAILURE TO OBSERVE OUR SAFETY MEASURES WILL RESULT IN SERVICE NOT BEING PROVIDED.
